By accessing or using LicensHub services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You may use LicensHub to manage software licenses for your own products. You may not use our services to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws.
API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan. Automated abuse of the API, including attempts to reverse-engineer our systems, is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We target 99.99% uptime for the license verification API. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, Enterprise customers are eligible for service credits as defined in their agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, including non-payment or violation of these terms.
LicensHub's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
