We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing details), information generated by your use of our services (license keys, API calls, usage logs), and technical information (IP addresses, device identifiers for hardware binding).
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is stored in your chosen region (US, EU, or APAC).
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. License verification logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting sales@licenshub.com.
